Michelle runs a private flute studio in the Inland Empire area of Southern California (with students in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties) and is on the faculty at the Claremont Community School of Music in Claremont. She works one-on-one with students of all ages and all levels. Her students have participated in many outside music opportunities, including:

In addition, Michelle has been working as a coach for student groups for many years, including the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra, the Claremont Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Prelude Symphonic Ensemble, and with bands in the Corona-Norco, Claremont and Upland School Districts.
